A Paris report says evidence has been received that the Turks withdrawing from Armenia are perpetrating a final massacre, and stealing food wholesale.

The "Petit Parisien" says the inquiry into the Armenian massacres shows that the victims total 1,500,000. German officers caused the massacre of 1500 at Keman. Seven thousand children died of hunger in another district. Two thousand women, suspected of swallowing their jewellery, were saturated with petrol burned to ashes, and passed through sieves, to recover the gold. The "Petit Parisien" states that Enver Pasha, Talaat Pasha, Djemal Pasha, and General Von Sanders were responsible for the massacres, and should be hanged.
